Print ads for a leading provider of fine minerals and its NYC gallery.
Rhapsody Magazine
Rhapsody is a monthly luxury magazine for United Airlines' first-class and business-class passengers. This ad was from a series of ads for a brand awareness campaign to inform readers about the Mardani Fine Minerals gallery in New York City and to present the art of mineral collecting to a broader audience.

Spirifer Minerals Newspaper
The Spirifer Minerals newspaper is a free oversized publication printed twice a year and is available at most mineral shows around the world. To capitalize on the large physical size of the newspaper, a large specimen of Ferberite was used to best illustrate its scale and the complexity of its many facets and surfaces.

Adhering to the new brand guidelines created by NYC's world-famous design firm Pentagram, these series of print ad concepts were primarily image-based and incorporated the look and feel of Vibia's new brand identity.

The Maryland Government Finance Officer Association (MDGFOA) has an annual summer conference in Ocean City, MD each year. This was a half-page ad for their 2022 event directory and uses a similar design but in a horizontal format.

Great ideas begin with a sketch
The layouts for these advertisements are concpetualized on paper first to allow for rapid design exploration. Once a layout is selected, the design elements are created using Adobe Creative Cloud software and are arranged within a grid according to the layout. Test prints are then reviewed for color correctness and scale, and the ads are approved or revised accordingly.
